EKÜL

The Estonian Union of Co-operative Housing Associations is an organization uniting co-operative housing associations all over Estonia. Membership of EKÜL is voluntary and today the organization gathers over 1400 members, representing them at local, national and international level, and accounting for approximately 15% of the national co-operative housing stock.

EKÜL works in partnership with state institutions, municipalities, universities, private companies and NGOs. Its objectives are to develop and advertise the housing association movement; to influence and participate in legislation - observe and contribute to the development of legislative and other acts of law and to provide help with the management and administration structures of Estonian housing associations.
