FEDERCASA

Federcasa is an association bringing together 144 public housing companies and housing bodies at the provincial, communal and regional level. Members of Federcasa provide over 850.000 social dwellings to low and middle income households, partly financed by public funding.

It participates in the definition of the objectives and instruments of housing policies. It promotes new means of intervention in the field of public residential construction supporting the quality of housing and social life.

FEDERCASA is involved in the improvement of the efficiency of management in so far as the public housing patrimony is concerned and represents its member associations towards national and international organizations.
