FDL

The Housing Fund is an independent public corporation established in 1979 and currently governed by the act of 24 April 2017 reorganizing the public institution named « Housing Fund », that regulates the granting of housing subsidies. It is a civic entity acting under the direction of the member of the government responsible for social housing accommodation.

Its actions include: renovation of buildings, acquisition and development of building sites and construction of moderately-priced residential accomodation for sale of letting.

Its activities focus on projects urgently needed to satisfy regional and local housing needs and urban redevelopment projects forming parts of national development plans.
