Brussels, 5 May 2011 | Published in Research

Two reports have been recently released on housing in the European Union.

The first one, Housing Statistics in the European Union 2010, is a report following the European Housing Ministries' Meeting and it was commissioned by Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations to the OTB Research Institute for the Built Environment at Delft University of Technology.

The second one is the new RICS European Housing Review

Housing Statistics in the European Union 2010 gathers updated statistics on quality, availability, affordability of housing as well as the role of the governments in housing provision in the EU.

RICS European Housing Review looks at the performance of European housing markets in 2010, analysing trends across the continent.
