As a social actor, Hlm's mission is to support tenants, that face major difficulties in paying their rents due to the crisis. Trained teams are mobilized to assist the tenants by offering different tailored solutions, from rent postponements, installments to rent clearances and other social service assistance. Tenants are encouraged to reach out to their social landlords and receive individual advise.

The European Association of Long-Term Investors has shared with us information about the various crisis response measures implemented or under preparation at national and regional level. They have prepared this overview in close cooperation with the European Association of Guarantee Institutions AECM and the Network of European Financial Institutions NEFI.
