Taking stock of the local experience with the use of Structural Funds and the way forward

The objectives of this Position Paper are firstly to explain the impact of the EU Cohesion Policy (also known as the European Structural and Investment Funds - ESIF) on social, cooperative and public housing, secondly to provide policymakers with input from the local experience of using the Funds and finally to give policy recommendations concerning the design of the future period.
