#ISHF2022 Info session and matchmaking for partners

The Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA) in co-operation with Housing Europe invites all ISHF 2022 partners to participate in partners' info session and matchmaking. The purpose of the info session is to provide practical information about the festival arrangements and to provide a platform for partners to meet and discuss possibilities for collaboration.
The festival programme has been published on the festival website, although ARA and Housing Europe have received some requests from partners looking to collaborate with other partners. It is possible to merge some events together and make minor changes to the festival program before the registration for the festival and events opens in mid-March.

10:00–10:05 Welcome words by ARA and Housing Europe
- Introducing the local team
10:05–10:30 Partner info, including
- Partner info page
- Event locations & logistics / accessibility
- Hotel quotas
- Opening and Closing Ceremonies
- Participant registration
10:30–11:25 Partners’ matchmaking in smaller groups
(e.g. decarbonisation, homelessness, youth, etc.)
- Partners looking to join forces can meet, discuss, and exchange contacts
11:25–11:30 Closing of the session

- What is the core topic of your event (e.g. decarbonisation, homelessness, youth)?
Matchmaking information will be shared in advance with the partners participating in the session.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The info session and matchmaking are executed as a hybrid meeting in Teams and in a meeting room in Helsinki. Partners in Finland can participate onsite, if they wish. All partners can join the Teams meeting.
Please sign up for the info session and matchmaking with this form by Monday 7 March 2022. The link to the Teams meeting will be sent on Wednesday 9 March to partners who have signed up.
