ÖWOB

Founded in 2020, Public Housing Ostbelgien (ÖWOB) manages around 1350 apartments in the 9 communities of the Belgian German-speaking community.

As an instrument of the housing policy of the German-speaking community, in partnership with its member municipalities and other public actors, ÖWOB acts within a given legal framework in favour of the population.
