SNHBM

The National Affordable Housing Company (SNHBM) is a social housing provider specialised in the construction of single family homes and apartment buildings. Its activities include construction, research and land purchase, the elaboration of housing plans, assessment of viability of land for development.

Dwellings built by SNHBM combine quality and affordability and they are let or sold to people responding to the criteria set by current laws on social housing. Since its creation, SNHBM has built about 8000 dwellings throughout Luxemburg.
