The European Community Land Trust Network is a voice for Community Land Trusts (CLTs) across Europe.

Community Land Trusts are a proven model for community-led, permanently affordable housing; they now number over 500 across Europe, stewarding over 6.000 homes, with 25.000 more currently under development. The Network connects and supports existing and new CLTs across the continent, spearheads awareness and advocacy campaigns, and collaborates with development partners to drive social, design, construction and environmental innovation within housing. The Network has members across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Germany, with a mission to ensure CLTs are recognised as a practical response to today’s housing and land challenges.
